China: PBoC attempts to allay growth concerns with rate, RRR cut

The People’s Bank of China (PBoC) lowered the benchmark one-year deposit rate and lending rate by 25bp to 1.75% and 4.60%, respectively, and announced a universal 50bp cut to the reserve requirement ratio.
